Town Administration
The Town Council appoints a Town Manager, who is the administrative head of the town government and responsible for the day-to-day management of the town.Michael Griffin is the Interim Town Manager and is responsible for duties such as hiring of personnel according to the pay schedules and standards fixed by the Town Council, administration of Merrillville's bidding process, and overseeing of all the Town's various departments.
