The Gary Public Transportation Corp. provides bus service along Broadway in Merrillville as well as shuttle service throughout The Heart of the Region. Please review the service map or the GPTC website for more details. Free 30-day bus passes are available to Merrillville senior citizens as well as Merrillville residents with disabilities. Visit the Town Administration Office at Merrillville Town Hall, 7820 Broadway, to obtain your free 30-day pass each month. Proof of residency is required.
