Informational meeting scheduled for proposed solar farm project
The Board of Zoning Appeals will have a special workshop session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15 regarding a solar farm project proposed in Merrillville. The workshop will take place at Town Hall, 7820 Broadway. Lightsource bp is pursuing the solar farm project. Representatives will give a presentation and have stations set up to show more details about the project. Please come out and learn about this proposed solar farm. The Town will not make any decisions about the project during the workshop. The session is only for informational purposes.
