Clay Street closure planned for culvert repair
Starting June 19th, Clay Street will be closed between E 97th Avenue and E 101st Avenue while Reichelt Plumbing completes a culvert replacement project. The closure is expected to last 3 to 4 weeks. Residents will have access to their homes, but there will be a hard closure in the vicinity of 9919 Clay St., where no vehicles can pass.
The Town of Winfield is pursuing this project near the Merrillville border, and both communities will benefit from it.
