Household Hazardous Waste Collection scheduled March 23
The Lake County Solid Waste Management District is hosting its Household Hazardous Waste Collection from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 23rd at the Lake County Fairgrounds, 889 Court St. in Crown Point.
This is an opportunity to safely dispose of up to 100 pounds of hazardous materials such as vehicle fluids, household batteries, florescent tubes, flammable liquids, and other hazardous materials.
