Portion of Delaware Street to close Thursday, Feb. 8
Delaware Street will be closed from East 69th Place to East 70th Place on Thursday, Feb. 8, while Indiana American Water completes a small water main relocation project.
The closure is expected to start at 7 a.m., and the road should reopen by the end of the day. Delaware Street will remain open to emergency vehicles and local traffic at all times.
Following the water main relocation, a temporary patch will be added to the road. Indiana American Water will have a restoration contractor complete the formal cold patch Friday or Monday.
