Criminal Court Sessions: Monday 9:30 a.m. and Thursday 9:30 p.m.
In Custody Bond Hearings: Every Wednesday 1:00pm
This division of the Town Court deals with traffic infractions, both state and town. The court also has jurisdiction over criminal misdemeanors up to and including Class A. Fines vary depending on the violation. All fees must be paid in cash, cashier's check, money order or online here. No personal checks are accepted.
