                          Located approximately 67th Avenue, East of I-65, north side of railroad

                          tracks

         Request:   Variance from Sec. 21-192(6) (c) (1) to reduce the spacing distance of

                          advertising sign from 1320 feet to 900 feet in a C-3, Highway

                          Commercial Zone

         Purpose:   Construct new advertising (billboard) sign

 

2.      Z5V-207   FOCUS OUTDOOR ADVERTISING, PETITIONER

                           Located approximately 67th Avenue, East of I-65, north side of railroad

                           tracks

                            line of any street or highway in C-3, Highway Commercial Zone

            Purpose:  Construct new advertising (billboard) sign
