You may be searching for that perfect birthday or anniversary gift for a family member or friend.  Perhaps you wish to remember a special someone with a lasting gift.  The Merrillville/Ross Township Veterans  Memorial Commemorative Brick Program offers that opportunity to remember a loved one.

The Merrillville Parks and Recreation Foundation Fund has been established with the Legacy   Foundation, Inc.  It is a 501 (c) 3 Fund and all donations are tax-deductible for Department use as well as for special projects such as the Veterans Memorial. 

Contributions may be made directly to the Legacy Foundation, Inc. in the name of Merrillville Parks and Recreation Fund or the Veterans Memorial Fund at 1000 East 80th Place, South Tower 302, Merrillville, IN  46410.

For a contribution of $50, a special brick will be engraved with the name of your choice.  The engraved brick will be placed at the Veterans Memorial Plaza.

This gift is a wonderful way to provide a lasting token of your  appreciation  for  your  local veterans while contributing to the future of the memorial site.
