Merrillville Clerk Treasurer, Eugene M. Guernsey, has created a new department within the Clerk Treasurer’s offices located at the Merrillville Town Complex, 7820 Broadway.
Senior Services, a non for profit service and an all volunteer based operation, will provide information, literature and guidance to the Merrillville seniors on their related questions. All our volunteers offer an uncompromising level of concern and care; and, are committed to serving our seniors with understanding and compassion.
Information on senior health issues, home care services and other resources geared toward senior lifestyles are available.
In the future, programs planned consist of flu/pneumonia shots, seminars on reverse mortgages, supplemental insurance programs and various health fairs will all be available for the Merrillville senior’s convenience located at the Town Hall.
